Ms. Pam

Langley Facility Principal

School Administration

Ms. Pam has been a valued member of the Secret Heart Academy team since 2022. With a strong background in school administration, she brings leadership, organization, and operational experience to our Langley location. As Langley School Principal, she manages daily operations while supporting educators, children, and families, committed to a welcoming, well-organized, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow.

Ms. Sharon

Aldergrove Facility Principal

Ms. Sharon is a dedicated leader who brings a calm, supportive, and caring approach to our Aldergrove location. As Facility Principal, she works closely with educators and families to keep the school running smoothly and to create a welcoming environment where children feel valued and confident. She believes open communication and teamwork are essential to high-quality care, and her approachable leadership and focus on a safe, nurturing community make her a valued member of the Secret Heart Academy team.

Chilliwack Facility Principal

Ms. Manpreet, known to families as Mandy, leads our Chilliwack location with warmth, care, and dedication. As Facility Principal, she works closely with educators and families to keep the school running smoothly and to create a welcoming environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.

Our leadership team is made up of dedicated directors, managers, and education professionals who work closely together to ensure every Secret Heart Academy program reflects a high standard of care, learning, safety, and professionalism.

We are committed to creating an education-based childcare experience that supports each child’s academic foundation, social development, confidence, independence, and overall well-being. Every decision we make is guided by the responsibility and trust families place in us when choosing Secret Heart Academy.

Our team continually reviews and improves our programs, classroom environments, staff training, family communication, and daily operations. We also use modern childcare technology to help families stay connected and informed about their child’s activities, learning experiences, routines, and important updates.
